Okay, y'all. I'm about to do something that I really hate when other artists do. Call me a hypocrite. I am going to upload all of my lightning pictures. Actually, no I won't upload all of them. I will upload the best shots, which will probably be about five or six. I hate it when people have a bunch of stuff to put up and they do it all at once. It shouldn't bother me... but it does on occasion. So, since I'm doing it, don't take my annoyance seriously. I'm as hypocritical as the next person. I hate it, but... ummm... just figured I'd warn you if you are bothered by it too.
Y'know what would be really cool? if on your devaint watch page - there were previews of the picture. Anyway. Please forgive me. I was going to upload them all on the same page, but I liked them too much.
Very very awe-inspired lighting show. No thunder. About a week ago now. Beautiful. I apologize for the blurryness of the city lights. My camera has a very slow shudder speed and I'm not sure how to speed it up. Look at it as... artistic interpretation? Yeah, that works.
You will very rarely hear this but.... ummm DON'T FULL-VIEW... please Well.. you can. But for appreciation of my camera - don't. I think that's a dA first. Asking for you not to full-view. I will be checking to see who does. Okay, I probably don't. Just don't judge the photo by the full-view. -wince-
Yeah, I was really lucky that I got this at all. It was just on my deck, so luckily I didn't have to go very far (I love my house and my views), but I was really lucky that there were so many lightning strikes. It didn't help that my camera has awful shudder speed. That's why its so blurred.
It -does- look better without full view, but it's a spectacular shot nonetheless. I -love- captures of lightning, since it's a one in a million chance thing to get that one specific shot. <3

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
I'm a lover of visual impacts. I like brilliant colors and shapes. And I decided to collect a whole stack of deviations that reflect that taste. These pieces showcased below deserve every bit of publicity you can give them. x)P
